Mike oversees Acquisitions and Asset Management activities for Uplands.
Prior to joining Uplands in 2019, Mike was Director of Acquisitions at Urban Investment Partners (UIP), a real estate investment and development firm based in Washington, DC. During his time at UIP, Mike led the acquisition and capitalization of more than $1 billion of real estate in the DC metro area.
Mike began his career as an Analyst with CoStar’s Market Analytics group, a small team of analysts and economists that provided real estate advisory services across all property types in major US metros.
Mike is a graduate of Clemson University, where he received a BS in Economics and minor in Political Science. He is an active member of ULI and the Young Professionals Council of The First Tee – Greater Washington, DC chapter.
